I just downloaded this app hoping for this forum to be on there. Pretty disappointed. Oh we'll pretty decent app though.

 

I would like to start by thanking you all for the welcome.
I know this has been talked about a lot. But I want to throw another vote to signing Tapatalk. I use it for several forums and it's simply the best way to forum crawl. I desperately want to be an active member of this community, however, I don't spend a lot of time on the computer and a smartphone browser is very annoying to use on forums. I would be much more involved if Tapatalk was enabled but if it remains neglected I just don't think I can put up with the browser. Please enable Tapatalk, clearly there are a lot of members looking for it besides me. I find myself using other Harley forums even though they are far inferior to Hdforums com the only reason is because of the convenience and ease of use of Tapatalk on my android phone. PLEASE RECONSIDER!

 

I belong on other forums that have their own app. Internet brands is behind the times. I would rather see that then tapatalk

 

The two other forums that I am a global moderator on both use Tapatalk. To my knowledge, we have never had any security issues or other problems.

I would love to see HDForums on Tapatalk, as it would definitely increase my ability to check in. It's the only HD forum I belong to and the only one I plan on joining.

 

Maybe you could contact a mod or admin here on behalf of the rest of us? Sounds like you have more experience with Tapatalk aside from simply using it

Before I do, I will get ahold of my buddy who owns and administrates a few forums, has owned his own IT company, and is the main brain behind dealing with the Tapatalk integration on those forums.

I'll ask him about any security risks or administrative rights that might be associated.

 

So you see, they'll catch up with ya even if it takes six months.

 

Has there been any movement on this issue?? I would love to have such easy access to post from my phone

 

I e-mailed my buddy with some specific questions about the Tapatalk integration and security concerns/experiences he has dealt with, etc.

I know he was out of town over the weekend and first of this week. I'm hoping to hear back from him pretty soon, if not I will give him a call.

 

Would be a great addition, really looking forward to being able to check in here as I have for several years on old car forums. It's a good app, hope it happens.
