is there a easy way to find and view the posts that I have made or have added to? Grumpy

 

Go to "User CP" first click on the left of blue banner above.
Click on list subscriptions, on left under user control panel.

 

You could also click on " My Recent Topics" along that same banner.

Click on "My Recent Topics" at the top of the page.

Another option.

Using the display in the previous post:

Click on your User Name

Click on the Statistics tab on the left.

That will show you a link to threads you've posted on, and link to threads you've started.
