I generally do not rant on this board (mainly because it is free), but it is time for an exception. I recently went from a PC running Firefox with ad block to an iPad. Using an iPad, the ads on this site are totally unacceptable. Without question, I get more pop iPads on this board than all of the other boards I visit combined.
Don't think it is just Ipad. I was going to do a search for you on how to block ads on an Ipad and a big Ford ad took up the whole screen everytime I tried to search on my DROID.
I do notice the annoying popup that overlays the bottom of the screen on the droid. I have to kill it every page, or just put up with it. Someone should figure out how to block ads on the mobiles, I'd be interested.
I'm always on my iPad when I'm on here or any site and I get very few, if any ads. I don't have an ad blocker because once a month or so, I'll see one here. But hardly enough to rant about. In fact, just the opposite!
