Default ad.doubleclick.net???

I have noticed that recently, when I click on a thread and then use my back button to return to the main page, my computer sort of locks up and in my history (or whatever it's called when you right click the back button) I get this ad.doubleclick.net address repeated over and over. Anyone else experience this or is it just me?

I'm using internet explorer (not sure what version) and haven't surfed any **** in quite a while...
