Default Touring brake junction leaks?

I have a gently used 2010 Street Glide with approx 15,000 miles on it. I could swear that it has a slight brake fluid leak at the junction block under the triple trees for the front brake lines. It is enough to leave a drop or two on occasion from the bolt that secures the junction block to the bike and the fluid has "moistened" the underside of the triple tree assembly... Unless this is steering head grease turning to liquid form, is there any reason to believe the line assembly or junction block is defective? I'm well out of warrantee.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
