When I disconnected my amp the problem went away. Hooked the amp back up and the bouncing came back. Shortly after the amp burned out. Replaced the amp with a new one and no problem since.

It could also be a bad stator or loose plug to the stator , maybe ck your AC voltage to see if that's jumping . Could be a bad wire at the point were the wire is solder to the copper windings .
