that's legit beef. especially the premature wear/failures. the burns.... well not so much. the comments are hilarious

People being so sue happy drive me nuts....perhaps I should sue them?!?

 

Because of these pansy assed sissies, soon all bikes will have plastic covering the whole motor and 3 layers of heat shields covering the full length of the pipes. Warning labels covering every surface big enough to hold one.

 

I'm going to put my hand on that hot Harley engine.....then sue for the burn!

 

i actually did that last week trying to plug up my tender-usb adapter... pretty fn stupid on my part. was rushing.. guess i should sue

 

I depend on that hot engine to keep warm in the fall months! I like to put my (gloved) hands on the fins at stops.

Christ, I hope not. You are correct, though. More often that not; we see the results of these ridiculous suits in the form of hideous Captain Obvious-ish child-proof crap, that raises the price of the item.

 

I hope the judge that tries this BS case tells the lawyer & plaintiffs to STFU ,GET out of my court room & STOP wasting my time!! What a crock of $hit!!!! Only in America!!
