Default Stalling at speed + DTC's 24 32 41

Running at speed yesterday and my 2002 Road King (FLHRCI) engine quit running several times.
First time I pulled the clutch in shut ignition off and on then start button and engine came alive, all while at speed.
Second time let bike slow down with clutch engaged and it restarted itself.
Third time same as first.
Got Home and pulled DTC's. Unfortunately all I can display is a two digit code.
I did searches for the DTC's but came up empty.
DTC 24 and 32 do not show in my Electrical Diagnostic manual but DTC 41 does. It indicated CKP failures and I will pursue this.
'
1.Does anyone know what DTC 24 and 32 indicate?
2. Where is the CKP physically located?

'
Thanks for any help you can provide with this issue.

The sensor should be right by your oil filter

Failing crankshaft position sensor will do that. Easy fix, you can see it

Thanks all.

I have purchased a new sensor today. Now the painful task of installing it begins. I just may splice in the new one instead of pulling out the old cables and trying to fish in the new one.

You still do not know for sure it is the Crank position sensor. So try not do anything that you cannot undo. If you can put the sensor in and bypass the wiring harness completely, do it and leave the old sensor connected to the harness. Don't splice the harness until you are absolutely sure the CKP sensor is the problem.

MikeR1 Good point I just may disconnect old sensor at both ends then run new cables outside temporarily and see what happens.
'
Thanks for the suggestion.

Did the new sensor come with a wiring harness?

If it is like mine, the stocker comes in a thick piece of flexible mesh tubing that's firmly attached to the frame. Can't pull the old one out (the connector on the end's too big) and can't get new one in if you cut the old one out. I just ran my new ones cable along parallel to that tube and tied it on securely with cable ties.

If the connector on the end of the new cable doesn't fit where the old one did, you've got a different problem, maybe the wrong part.

My cable has a little less protection from the slings and arrows of outrageous fate, but it's done quite well for many thousand miles so far.

The new sensor came with two wires abut 4 feet long encased in a sheath capable of replacing the original, front to rear. It also had the pin connectors installed. It did not include the plastic pin housing. They say to use the original.
Service manual tells you how to extract the old cable and insert the new one in its place but it looks like a lot of work.
