Default Where is the Neutral switch located on a 96 HD softail

I seem to be having a problem from nowhere with my Neutral light staying on and flickering. I will replace if I know where it is.But the Manual shows me nothing

In the transmission top cover, try tightening the switch first before replacing it.

I had the exact same symptoms.

The clip on the wire connecting to the switch had relaxed over time. I pulled it off, cleaned everything up with some contact cleaner, squeezed the clamp end of the wire together a smidge with some pliers, put it back on, and problem solved.
