Hey guys,
My neutral indicator is not coming on in neutral. I'll be checking the switch on top of the transmission this evening. The other thing I think it could be is a ground somewhere. Does anyone have any info on where to look to resolve this if the switch is good? Thanks in advance.
I just experienced the same thing. I had to replace the neutral switch. Test the switch by taking the two wires off of the switch and use a paperclip or something else to touch the two wires together. Turn on the ignition switch to accessories. If the light comes on, then the neutral switch is bad. I bought my switch on ebay for $9.00

Get some small needle nose pliers and squeeze the metal inside the two wires at he switch. It is usually a bad connection there to the two posts of the switch.
Check the two wires going to the plug. The one that is not black should have 12 volts. If that is good run that wire to ground and check the light. If there is no 12 volts, start checking back along that wire for a break or a plug not fully seated or a corroded connection.
