It's been my experience to never deal with a company that is in Ch 11 bankruptcy. This goes back decades to when JC Whitney screwed me out of my money and my parts.

When did this happen? I'm thumbing thru a catalog right now taking down part numbers to order.

 

MAG (Motorcycle Aftermarket Group) and their dozen-plus subsidiaries, including J&P Cycle, have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Chapter 11 allows the company to continue operations while reorganizing. MAG and all their subsidiaries have promised that neither employees nor customers will be significantly impacted by this move.

So, you pays your money and you takes your chances.

I haven't ordered anything for about a year, but last year at this time, they were allright by me, no issues.

 

Pretty easy to beat their prices anyway...they were always high.

 

They couldn't process orders correctly before filing for bankruptcy. No reason to think it would improve with the new developments.
