Has anyone come up with an easy solution to allow the driving lights to be on all the time ?

Yes. HD makes a module that permits that.

It appears that the above part number only works to 2013 models. Has anyone used this harness on a newer model or has anyone modified the stock harness ?

Actually, on your bike I believe it’s a dealer flash that they need to do to the ECM. Sorry, I missed the year of your bike.

I have wired mine as such...but not a 2015, though...I believe I've read on this very forum that on the OP's bike, it can be done via a dealer flash.

That is correct, for any CANbus ('14-newer touring) bike.
