I struggled with ear plugs for years. The cheap foam ones were OK if I could get them inserted tight enough, but they would always come loose when I put on my helmet. I tried pretty much everything I saw, and then I came upon . They've been the best thing I've ever tried.

I just took a motorcycle trip from New Jersey to Florida, and back. Had these in all day long and they were not uncomfortable at all. Once you get comfortable inserting them, they go in quickly and easily, and don't get dislodged when putting on your helmet.

Everyone's ears, and preferences, are different, but for less than $15, these are worth trying.
