Default stay away from Palm beach Harley service

Scammer's " Rich "" the manager " in service department , They told me my Brakes are violently shaking the front of the bike because I put after market bar's on the bike " crazy i no "" , then they said they put a brand new tire and rotor's on my bike " it was a take off from another bike " and the bike still shook like crazy when using the front brake over 50 mph " They wanted me to pay 6 + hours labor to take of aftermarket bars , " I said no way and took my bike " Now I bring to another Harley dealer 2 hours away and they say it's the rotor's from the get go, so they replace under warranty and guess what , the front brakes dont shake the bike anymore , The worst part of this is that all Palm Beach Harley wanted to do is make $$$ off me when it was covered under warranty that they didn't want to go threw

Wow, I was just there on Tuesday and it looked like a nice Dealership. All they got me for was a T and I ran. Sorry to hear of your experience there

Very nice and clean place , both the sale's and the part's guy's and girl's are great , It's just the service department is where I got screwed

So instead of making the money on a warranty job as well as keeping you as a customer, they let you walk forever. Knuckleheads.

The where being greedy and like you said lost me as a long term customer

I would do the owner a favor, inform him of your issue. He needs to know his service manager is costing him money and customers.
Be nice, explain you were forced to drive/ride two hrs to get your complaint taken care of.

Probably should notify Harley Headquarters as well if you have the paperwork to back you up.

We have a new Farm & Fleet store near my house that is awesome, except for their service department. The manager there is bringing down the business big time. I went to their website to post about my bad service review (tire and battery purchase) and found almost a hundred bad reviews just on the service department alone. How the heck does a family owned business allow someone like that to work there?

I guess that bad managers and service people exist in all types of businesses.

Sometimes I didn’t know if some service departments are grossly incompetent or corrupt.

If it makes you feel any better...

I took my Limited in for warranty work, told them the rear brake shuddered so hard it shook the windshield.

They tightened the windshield.
