You should not run a tube in your mags, while you technically can, you could ruin them. The stem on a tubed tire is threaded and deigned to be tightened on to the rim. If you tighten a threaded stem on your mags you will damage the current stem hole and future stems may have issues sealing. Me personally, would buy a new tire, 200$ isn't worth the chance.

Sand cast mags from the 1970's use tubes and tubeless tires, just need a rubber valve stem on the tube.

Absolutely correct however those mags are designed/formed specifically for a pull thru stem tube, not the same as a regular stem. With a tube rim they also have a "rounded style" bead area, a tire made for a tube is "pushed" to the edge. A tubeless tire is designed for a sealed type bead and snaps/pops/whatever you want to call it on to the rim. A tube in that tire will most likely not seat the bead correctly and the tire will never run true. Bad idea all the way...

I have forever since my first flat run tubes in every wheel I’ve ever had. Spokes,Harley and aftermarket mags,Invader steel mags. While it may or may not give you time get your bike under control depends on the puncture and your ability. A little insurance.

A "professional repair shop" wouldn't touch a motorcycle tire repair with a 10 foot pole. They'd say "replace the tire."
Since the tire is tubeless, it's best to patch the carcass from the inside. But, you'll probably have to do it yourself as not many shops would touch this, due to liability reasons.
If it's a small leak, then maybe the tire sealant?
Didn't you always want a video of you doing a burn-out until the tire "pops?" Well, here's your chance!
