Default California Aftermarket

I notice that more and more vendors are not shipping aftermarket performance equipment to Cali.

Glad I have most of my stuff already... My Exhaust, Air, and Tuner don’t ship to Cali anymore.

I've noticed the same thing. California does not make sense.

I picked up a new to me fat bob about a month ago, I had to meet my daughter in law at the Donner Summit rest stop off I 80 last week,

I had my new tuner mailed to Carson City, she drove up and met me, brought us a 30 pack of toilet paper also!

I just bought a Cam on eBay and they emailed me a waiver to sign before they would ship . Had to say it’s for race only . I’m in California

Thank the EPA for this bit of bullshit not Cali. CARB didn't help matters but this is solely on the feds.

I wonder if CA has started going after the larger retailers? They busted V&H big time some years ago, of course V&H is based in CA and is a manufacturer. The whole 49 states versus 1 state regulations stuff is total BS in my book.

Just tried to put a FP3 in my Revzilla shopping cart (I think I bought my FP3, slip ons and air cleaner from them, but some years ago), and I got this message:
Unfortunately, due to CARB restrictions, the following product cannot be shipped to California. If you are not shipping this item to California, you may disregard this message. Otherwise, there may be a CARB-compliant alternative.

I was just looking around... I can’t get anything now. I’ll be going to Nevada to build up my off road only race bike now 😉

Big Bore, Cams, Exhaust everything!

Is a Dynotune even possible? Guess I need to go to Nevada and get a Target Tune to add to the PowerVision?

It's a California thing and it's not just performance parts.
