My plan is to get a new bolt and try to find a plumbing washer to wrap around the bolt and get more material into the undercut. Don't know if this will work but it's a start.

PS: the arm has the Harley logo so it is OEM.
I'm not sure what the torque spec is for that bolt, but if the shifter is walking on the spline I doubt it is torqued enough regardless. It is hard to get enough torque on it using a regular allen wrench, I got an allen that will fit on my socket wrench so I could get it nice and tight, if left loose and just the undercut is holding it on the splines will eventually ware out.
