You might want to check ebay for a price on the panacea system. There's a guy that sells them for about $130 for the taillight and $90ish for the turn signals.

I've been looking into this myself, and I think I'm going to add a brake light bar that attaches to the top of your licence plate - from Electrical Connection, and its only $15 - just to give the cagers something that ONLY comes on when I brake. Simple minded lot that they are, I figure it might help especially if I'm braking and signalling at the same time.

I was looking at the LED bulb replacments at one point. Thought they would be better then stock but cheaper then a complete makeover with real LED upgrades.
Has anyone seen or tried those type of replacement bulbs?

I checked with M&M Cycles for the full Panacea LED System:

The Laydown Panacea Red Lens (or smoke): $127.96
Rear turn signals (red or smoke): 79.96 (pair)
Front turn signals (red or smoke): 79.96 (pair)
Equalizer (if you need it): 23.96

Looks pretty good to me ... once I decide on the colors (red in the back and smoke in the front), I'll have the goods shipped where my wife won't see them ...

I have so much stuff shipped to my office to hide from my wife that people at work wonder about me.

Glad to see I am not the only one!

I just installed the Kuryakyn Panacea system today ... works just like advertised ... the turn signals act as running lights, the rear lights flash 3 times and then go solid when braking ... very, very nice!

I was looking into the Biketronics stuff. They have a tail light, running light, or both for your turn signals. All their units just plug into Harley's wiring. I used their radio kit in the past and product was top notch. I have LED's on my Tour pack but may add the TailRunner for added protection.

The Panacea may not be the best product Kuryakyn offers.
I went with their run/turn modulator (better than harley's in my opinion) to get extra running lights as well as brake.
LED's might be bright but the Kuryakyn halogen are excellent. You may want to consider silver bullet halogen to replace the stock turn signals. Kuryakyn has some which bolt to the stock rear bar.
