Anyone had experience with Doc's Harley Davidson in Kirkwood, MO. I live two time zones away, and am thinking about purchasing a bike from them online.
I've only bought parts there and they've been fantastic with that. I hear a radio commercial sometimes that says they were voted best in customer service by someone for something. I know that may not mean much, but they've always been great to me.

I assume you're talking about a used bike? Which one are ya looking at? I check this one out everytime I go in there. I love the color:
Docs is a great dealer. I didnt buy my bike there but have been there many times. They are very helpful in answering questions and will take their time talking with you. They are the #1 dealer in the midwest.
Doc's is great to deal with. I bought my bike elsewhere, but have gone there for service work. They fixed something for me at N/C two months out of warranty. I was in there one time just looking around, and was approached by a salesman. When I told him that Iwas not looking for a bike, but my friend was (who was not there), he still treated me as if I was the only customer in the place.
That being said, they also have a service guy named Marshal Tucker. I'm not kidding, that is his God given name. He's a cool guy to work with.
I've been dealing with Doc's since they were on Olive st. in downtown St louis ( early 70's ) , I bought the 76 Super Glide ( from Doc ) the 95 Heritage (from Ralph ) but 05 Road King elsewhere. Sister Patty runs the dealership know and I buy all my oil and parts from them. Very good place to deal with, good shop, good owner, good parts dept.good Family, you can't go wrong at Doc's
