I like their service. I do plan my purchases when they have the 10% off and free shipping. At Daytona bike week last year I bought the Keryakyn chrome cover for the fuel line coming out of the tank. They were next to J&P's set up. I went to J&P and they had the same Keryakyn part for $17 dollars less. I bought one and went back to the Kery trailer and got my money back. They were glad because they had just sold out and the last guy wanting one was still standing there and he bought it. I just didn't want to tell the poor fellow about why I brought it back. He was so happy.

I go to their open house every year. Free food! My wife says my favorite F word is free food. They have intertainment also. Last year it was the Ride like a Pro group, stunt riders and other things. I set a record by going through the food line six times.

J&P is a quality supplier. The problem with the website? Well it's a new program less then two weeks old and full of bugs. I used the site the first day it was fired up, and became very frustrated.

I suggest doing phone orders for now until it all gets iron'ed out.

#1 in customer service IMO.... a little on the high price side. I shop elsewhere for a lot cheaper. On a couple of occasions I had bad experiences... I got other customers returned merchandises that were scratched and or damaged... Ended up returning parts for credit...

I've never had a problem with J&P. I would not hesitate to order from them.

Just about the only online place I order from for both bikes. Customer service is great. Just be sure to use the catalog, because the web site sucks.
