Try Phonezoo.com. It is totally free and no spam or pop-ups. There are a couple Harley sounds on there. You can also create your own ringtones on there.

If you have a removable media card in your phone you can just go to Vance and Hines web site, download the sample sounds of thier pipes and save it your card.

Try the opening to Motley Crue Girls, Girls, Girls. Just use the voice record feature on you phone then txt it to yourself, once you get the txt you should be able to save the sound as a ringtone. or just record the one off the HD website and do the same.
