I'm pretty sure I saw that bike at a rally last year near Lake Norman In NC, but it didn't have the wheelie bar on then.....&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; ,
I have seen this guy at rallies all over Florida for the past several years, very interesting ride.

The guys name is Scrappy Hawkins and yes I do believe he is outa Florida.
