Default Question

I had the dealer change my '06 FXST handlebar from a Drag Bar to the Street Slammer bar...
The Street Slammer bar has the wires/cables internally now...
Anyway, the dealer says it was 5 hours shop time, or $350 labor..
Does it really take 5 hours?
I really don't know....

Yep, it could especially if they had to change the cabling. Most of the time that requires either removing the gas tank or at least unbuckling it to reroute the throttle and idle cables.

Yes, it costs that much. I had it done on my Deuce. Very time consuming, like one wire at a time has to be threaded through the handlebars and hooked up to the appropriate connections.
