maintenance log software?
I use a program called CarTrak. I think it's up to version 3.0 now. Inexpensive and works for several vehicles.

An awesome program that tracks the entire history of your bike, including added parts, costs, oil, tires, insurance info, loan inf and more. Whats really great is that it will print out a report for any single or multiple catagories, so that If I have a insurance claim, we know what I paid for parts, and what parts I had added.
Can track multiple bikes, very easy to use, and even contains a trip log so you can keep track of where you have been and what you have seen. You can add pictures too.
Will also track your bike purchase and sale for future reference if desired.
I hjave used it for almost three years, and I can tell you to the penny, what I have purchased and added onto either bike, along with where bought, manufacture, and part numbers.

Something I have done with ALL of my vehicles for the last 30 years. I have been print up a sheet and taped it on the inside back cover of the owners manual. Three colums - Date, Mileage and what was done. I log that information everytime I perform any type of service. I must say that every time that I have sold any of these vehicles the new owner has always found it impressive that I kept such good records and even felt better about the vehicle that they were purchasing from me. I go as far as adding any dealership information if it's worked performed by them.
This old/new to me 2000 RKC I bought had 8300 miles on it when I bought it. I have no idea what has been done to this bike for the last 9 years but I can say that starting on 8/8/09 at 8331 miles was the first entry to my log sheet, the entry said "Purchased".
