Default PC V question

I am looking at getting a 2010 street glide. My question is can i have the dealer install pipes and an air cleaner and not put on the pc? I want to do this my self as the dealer will not sell one and I would prefer to buy from fuel moto anyway. Will this run poorly or mess up my bike by running it this way for say the first 1000 miles?

Why not install all 3 yourself?

The dealer might pull the 'it'll void the warranty' card if they don't reflash/install a tuner.
From what I've read - you can run without a tuner, but it'll run hotter/leaner. I wouldn't do it if it were mine. I'd install all 3 at the same time.

All 3 of these are simple installations to do yourself, if you have the tools (like.. sockets and screwdrivers). No need to pay the stealer to put anything on. Buy your exhaust, PC-V, and air cleaner at Fuel Moto and save some money. Not to meantion it will come with the map already on it, so once you are done installing everything, you can ride without worry.

Thanks I think I just might do it all myself. They will only do a SE racetuner now. I have never heard doing only this before. I said no that is a deal breaker. I want something I can work on myself. So it is stock or nothing I guess. I bought 3 Harleys from this same dealer in the past and now they pull this.

They are all correct. Do the installs yourself and the money you save will bay for the pc. All three are fairly easy to install.
