Thought it pretty well said it all...
New FI Bikes, I've read will adjust around 10%. from there stock sitting of the EPA;s required of 14.6
Even if it will adjust for a new A/C and pipes it the A/F won't be any better (meaning richer) than the EPA mandated 14.6 setting. r,
A richer F/A mix will cool the motor and when adding pipes and a a/c most who want a really good tune get more than just a fuel enrichment F/M system. IE.. Cobra, Fuel Pak, ECT.
If all U ever do it add an A/C and pipes U'll probably be OK with just one of the low dollar systems.
If U later add cams or more to Ur motor U'll get better performance with a full tunable system that can be adjusted across the board on the dyno.
So depending on what U do now or in the future might or should help U make a decision on what to buy for U bike..
4yrs ago the best IMO choice was SERT. Now there are several self adjusting tuners worth looking at for those who make engine mods all the time.

The 2006 models won't adjust any more than about 3-5% On my bike simply changing just the filter element from a SE paper one to a K&N element which flows more air changed the performance enough to notice it and cause increased decel popping. I have mine tuned with a SERT and once you get it tuned well you will easily notice changes in air flow and even fuel quality. You get a decent tune on a TC engine and it is radically different from what you drive off the showroom floor.
