Yes, that means she blew past me and ran the red light, half in my lane, half on the shoulder. I scared the hell out of her though when the light turned green and I followed her into her work parking lot, parked behind her and watched what building she went into. Pretended to note the address and her license plate, hopefully she'll be a little paranoid for a while.
Ha, Ha. Which eye were you using?

+1 on that! Call me old and crotchety but this is what frosts me about most of the CR guys, cagers coming the other way and apparently even some here on this forum, they do this crazy stuff and ASSUME that you are not going to change position in a lane. I have every right to the full lane and can change position in my lane as it suits me. I will not have to check to other portion of my lane to make sure it is OK to move over. So somebody is going to have a bad day if they just assume they can pass me on the right.

Happened last year, a CR caught up with me at a light as I was making a left. Now I'm no pokey, I usually do 5-10 over the limit. Yet being a two lane I'm not one of those people that has a tough luck attitude and if you're behind me too bad. I did watch this guy a lot for the first couple of miles and he was keeping a more than reasonable following distance. So I figured he was settling in to follow for a while so I started to watch the rear less often. Well sure 'nuff suddenly he blows my doors off on the right side. VERY DANGEROUS as I could have gone to the right side of my lane without looking. IF he had come up on my tail I would have been more than happy to move to the right and let him pass both of us the safer for it.

When I first started riding with my son and we would ride staggered, every now and then he would just coast up and get close enough I would notice him on my right. I told him no way, I have to be able to immediately move to the right side of the lane without having to check for someone first.
This passion of ours is dangerous enough without having some common sense in the way we ride, IMHO of course.........

I had two CRs fly BETWEEN me (in a car) and another car one night while traveling down the highway. We were side-by-side because I hadn't yet completely passed him when all of the sudden a CR went right between us, doing well over 100 mph. IT WAS DARK!!! Talk about getting the **** shocked out of me. Not two seconds later, the second CR flew by. About 30 seconds later, here comes Mr. State Trooper.

Bottom line. I agree with the others that say you own the lane. In the instance above, a slight veer by either car or bike and you have CR carcass spread all over the road. I don't want them changing my life due to their stupidity.

A quote from an old guy I know: "They're young and dumb and full of ***". I'm not sure that will that ever change.

How about getting passed by some IDIOT on a bike between you and another bike sharing a single lane? Talk about an A$$hole. Look what the moron does:

Over here I pass in the same lane as a car on a two lane road with oncoming traffic. They just know to make room. The way some of you guys react to this type of stuff makes us Americans sound like a bunch of Hillbillies.
"Lookie here, son. We don't take kindly to passing me on the right. Unless you wanna fight me." SMFH.
Until you, or a loved one, gets taken out by someone passing you in the same lane.
