I have had nothing but problems with customer service at Fog City in San Leandro near Oakland CA. I exchanged a bag and never got credited for the returned bag, (paying for the second one in advance) . I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I then ordered a second bag for the right side to match the first bag and they then sent me the wrong bag, first the wrong color, then the wrong color AND and wrong side( I wanted Right side) even after 4 e mails stating what I wanted. Sent the former back, which they signed for 2 weeks ago and I haven't been credited for that one yet.They never answer the phone. Did anyone really go down to their store? I don't think they have a store. I think they are a front for Larosa design. The return address on their shipping labels is an invalid and undeliverable address per UPS and I must use the LaRosa Design address to return things.I would pay someone to go there for me and pick up the bag I need. I have the left side black alligator dyna solo and the black alligator fork /tool bag. I need the right side to match, but it is impossible to get in touch with them to remedy the situation. anyone who can help, please call me in NJ at 609 851 7959? Thanks, Paul.

 

Hope you get your money back. La Rosa bags are lesser quality than Leatherworks or Garage Leather bags anyway.

 

Fog City Choppers sent me an e mail yesterday saying they are sending me a new bag. I guess they read this forum! I will update this thread to be fair to them when the matter is resolved.
