AME Chopper Kit Fornt end-Anyone?

RE: AME Chopper Kit Fornt end-Anyone?
Thanks for the input Old Fender Guy. I am considering one of these kits for my FXLR. The front wheel is just too close to the frame for my taste. I really like the rake angle options offered by AME as opposed to Seeger only having 13 degrees. Original plan was to modify the neck and add about 10 degrees but am hesitant to cut up the frame.
To correct the trail dimension after altering the neck, I would still need to add araked triple tree.

I have seriously pondered buying a used sportster and putting the chopped front end on it for around town riding. Those are sweet!!! That, my friend, is what a sportster should look like!

It's lightweight, handles great, and puts out plenty of power with the upgrades that we have made.
Might not be the greatest bike for taking on a cross country trip, but I'll save the long trips for the FatBoy.
