Who all out there is using an AME chopper kit ??
I have a 6 degree rake tree now but want to go to 18 , AME are the only ones that seem to do it ,it's a German standard better than DOT and supposedly they have special cups built into their system that make it ride as good as stock ?
But their kit is $1700 for 4"over tubes and trees with a brake cable !
I emailed them and said I have the 4" over Tubes and everything ells I need, they said they will take $200 off ,$1500 for Trees??
Anybody have info or experience with this subject??

I have the 18 deg 10 over kit on my 95 fxstc and I like it a lot. It took me a day to get used to with the longer front end, but it handles better than I thought it would. I'd recommend it If there is any chance you might want to go back to stock or don't want to cut the frame.
