East Penn make Deka batteries, they also make the AGM batteries for HD, just in a black case with an HD stamp. You have a dealer in Winnipeg, that would be my choice.

I got my last one from batterystuff.com. They supply a range of batteries for all applications. I got the $97 one because it was supposedly made in the USA. General principles. I've had great luck with it.

If ya got fiberglass bags, go to Wal-Mart or Canadian tire & grab a lawn tractor battery. Pop it in your right side bag & extend your wires. Mine cost $50 with a 2 year warranty & loads of reserve power!
Hatch.

When mine gave up 2 years ago, I didn't have many options and there was a Batteries Plus a couple miles away so we pulled the battery and went over and picked up a replacement.
This spring it stopped taking a charge, took it back to Batteries Plus, they tested it and sent me out the door with a new one in less than 10 minutes and no charge. Full 2 year replacement warranty.
