Heck yeah, I pass them and double dog dare them to catch up. Of course it helps when you are in a police car too. But off work, no more than 5 over to pass, they play too many games.
no i do not pass cop cars because they are almost always exceeding the speed limit which is a good thing. the farther they are away from me the better off i am.
In the "great" state of New Germany (Jersey) you don't have worry about passing the troopers. Those pieces of garbage drive 95 mph in the hammer lane. .
they also have the gayest looking uniforms of all highway patrolmen.
I got pulled over because I didn't pass the AZ DPS car, which was doing about 30 under the 75 mph limit. The sgt tried to convince me that he thought I might be driving a stolen car because I wouldn't pass. Pure BS.
I live in a fairly rural area but we have a 4 lane split highway with big median. There's an Oklahoma City Cop that lives out a few miles down the road. He must be getting off work about the time I am usually leaving. He has to get in the left lane and turn left across the median to get home and he has a habit of getting in the left lane about three miles form the turn and doing 60 in a 65. I have passed him many times but there are a lot of days cars get stacked up like crazy behind him. I get really frustrated if I'm in that pack. First, I hate left lane drivers, secondly I hate it when people won't pass him even when they are within the law.
Whenever I need to especially in a line of traffic that is travelling a little faster than he.Most of the time around here those boys are flying so passing them is out of the question.
