So the wife got a pretty cool painted helmet and it came with a visor that doesn't snap on, but is screwed into helmet. Now that rainy season is upon us I wanted to throw a clear face shield in the bag to she can switch when we get caught in the downpours Florida is famous for.
Only thing is the face shields need to snap on. I ordered some snap conectors on ebay, which were very hard to find, even after calling Daytona helmets and Licks and the mounting screws are too small. I cant believe there is not a better option to add snaps to a helmet. Even her older harley helmet doesn't have snaps but screws to hold visor in.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions I may have overlooked?
She really likes the painted helmet but she is gonna hate riding in rain without a face shield.
