Leather string, hanging from the leather strap on my tool bag, which is attached to frame below regulator (right side).

crisscrossed two black tie wraps thru the key ring and straped it right where the front motor mount is

 

forgot to mention i was run off the road and hit a ditch doing somewhere between 50-70 mph and the bell never came off and im pretty sure it was one of the first pieces to hit, Then my face second, but i walked away from the wreck with no broken bones and most of my good looks so it must work

 

Held it up to the bottom frame rail and had the evil Ex look at it. Welded it right in place in a tenth of a second. Been there ever since.
