Not to but a google/forum search wasn't giving me what I wanted to know.
Is there a helmet manufacturer that makes a 3/4 helmet that DOES NOT use the same shell size regardless of helmet size? I have a small head (XS/S) and most manufacturers use the same shell size and just line it with thicker padding to fit smaller sized heads to save money- making the bobblehead look even worse for me.
I already have a DOT half and novelty half, so I don't need suggestions on what style of helmet to wear or saftey or links to novlety/vintage 3/4's.
Comparison pictures would also really help, if you got em.
After more searching, I found out Daytona says they use 4 different shell sizes for a "proportionate fit". Does anyone have a pic of them wearing a S or XS Daytona? I remember the Bell 500 being giant on me, but looks good on others with human-sized heads.

After much looking and hand-wringing, I bought a Daytona 3/4 awhile back. It's supposed to be one of the smallest 3/4s out there. I love mine. Great fit and not a huge astronaut look. Mine was medium though.

"The Bell 500 is hot. No ventilation. I went to a Shoei and I really like it. Pretty quiet with good ventilation"
I'd have to agree with this. I went from a Bell 500 3/4 to a Shoei RJ PLainum 3/4, more comfortable, WAY better ventilation (actually has ventilation vs the Bell) and a great fit. Maybe the most comfortable 'real' helmet I've owned!
