does anybody know if rims from a 2012 ultra classic with anti lock will fit on 2005 ultra classic not sure if i have antilock

You can probably make them fit, but they will not be a straight swap.
You do not have anti-lock brakes.

Front Rim only (2012 Rear too wide)

Swap your 11.5" rotors with the 2012 11.8"/300mm rotors or get 08-later "Touring" brake calipers (Brembos) to use the 11.8"

Get 08-later 25mm axle/spacers change bearings to Std Non-ABS bearings (still 25mm ID x 15mm wide)

OR

Change bearings to 1" (21mm wide OEM on your 2005 or get Non-Std 15mm wide), re-use your 1" axle with "different" spacers.

thanks for the info think ill stick with what i have and look for a straight swap wanted to get away from spokes to a more solid rim

All you have to do is change out the bearings and it will be a straight swap. 2012 has 25mm and your bike has a 1" shaft.
