Your best option is to get yourself the 2016 Service Manual. All torque specs are listed and you will be able to find the location of all nuts, bolts, & screws.
Order the manual online at Boardtracker HD. Only $48
I agree with the advice to get a factory service manual, but I strongly disagree on where to purchase it. I won't give that vendor another cent. Here is a better solution: https://www.surdyke.com/AdvPartInfo....umber=99483-16
Those manuals are widely available, even from our local friendly dealer! Certainly when about to service our bike the first purchase should be the appropriate factory manual, doesn't matter where from.
Buy the manual, either from Harley, on eBay you can get an electric copy. to me they are the best you just print out the page you want and throw it away when you are done. The last copy I got off eBay had all the manuals, mechanical and electrical; it was really nice to have. They usually run from 10 to 20 bucks

Unfortunately digital copies are also illegal, as the Mods may well soon advise, because they break copywrite laws. The books are readily available from any dealer and legal!

Reason: Added para.
At least 5 years ago, I have been able to buy a physical book about computers and download a digital copy for free.
Digital computer books have a greater audience and the knowledge to be pirated at a bigger level but that hasn't stopped the book publishers from not releasing them.
It is a shame that the MoCo is stuck in the 1950's with their ideas and technological advancements because it is a lot easier printing out a few necessary pages than bringing 5 lbs of book.
Yes it is a shame they won't come up to date. When I bought the digital copies of for my 07, the manuals I got was the operator, mechanical and electrical trouble shoot manuals all for under $10. off eBay. it was nice they all were pdf and I would just search for a key word, for example I would type in clutch cable and the program would take me to the clutch cable section. If I find one for my 2014 I would buy it in a hart beat.
