16 Ultra..is it just me or do others have difficulty getting the gas cap back on? I have a hard time screwing it back in every time. I think I almost cross thread it before backing out and starting over. I eventually get it back in after a struggle. Is there an aftermarket cap maybe?
I had a loaner last weekend and when I went to refill it, I had the same problem. I thought it was just me being too stupid that I couldn't even put a gas can back on. Thank all of you for giving me back my sanity.
The only gas cap problem I have is the gas lid on my present TG and all the past ElectraGlides I've owned. Why can't H-D make it so the lid opens more fully backward. With some farkles on my handlebars, I sometime have a hard time getting the gas nozzle into the hole.
