It can be done, but you have two options.
1. Cut the frame and rake the neck, then weld it back again. It's been done many times over the years, but if you do not have the correct equipment and skills, it's easy to destroy your bike.
2. Buy a set of triple trees/front end that either have adjustments in them, or that have a +or- rake already. This is the easiest option and there are many vendors out there that will sell you bolt up kits. There is also less risk to your motorcycle.

Also Raked Bearing Cups might be appropriate or Not (depending)
BTW, for all those who don't know...Raked Triple Trees have the opposite effect on Rake and Trail than changing the Neck or Stem (bearing cups) Rake
