Got a quick question, 2003 Softail that will not start, battery is fully charged but all it does is click at the starter relay. Don't even turn over just clicks and you can feel the relay clicking if you put your finger on it. Just wondering if it is the relay or something else before I start replacing parts.

Do you have a voltmeter, or do you normally troubleshoot by replacing parts?
Have you load tested the battery?
Cleaned all electrical connections?
