Default 92 softail starting problem.

92 softail has good starter new battery, wont turn over unless I pull the sparkplugs. than turns freely. 9.5:1 compression . engine has been running fine just getting harder to start last few days. it tries than clicks. battery connects are fine. I pulled primary cover to see if it was binding, its not binding and does the same thing. any help out there.

I know what you said, but it sure sounds as if your starter isn't getting full juice.
