My friend has 2 into 1 headers off 2010 twin cam. So that 96"
i have a 2001 upgraded to 95"
Will those headers fit? Or are the ports different?
Header ports will be the same. The only changes will likely be adding a spacer under the tranny mount. 2010 headers will have a cat in the collector, IIRC.

Where can I find this spacer? Or is it something I'll have to fab?
Pics?

When I put 09 up V and H true duals not my 02 RK all that was needed stock HD L bracket that was used on the later tranny mount plus a spacer underneath it. The spacer was alimunum, 1/2 inch thick, by about 1 inch tall by about 3 1/2 to 4 inches long. You got to drill 2 holes and get longer tranny bolts. It went between the bracket and the tranny.
While you are saying a 2 into 1 header, if going to a 2-1-2 pipe on the later TCs, you will need to change the oil pan and add mounts for the crossover. 2 into 1, no problem.
