Default Large Phillips Driver
The round air cleaner covers use a very large Phillips Head screw.
What size is that screwdriver? They don’t seem to be the standard sizes.

That's because it uses a hex key

I use the one that came with my manual impact driver since it is larger

How often does a screw end up with the slots perfectly horizontal & vertical, I gotta ask, was that intentional?

Actually I noticed that after torquing down pretty good using a bit and wrench. Just luck.
