Default 08 RoadKing throwing Brake Code P0572

Throwing the code intermittently and driving my Road Dog Bat $h!t Crazy.

P0572 - Break Switch Low

Checked the break pads, about to flush the fluid. Break Sensor seams to work fine. ABS works properly we think. (he doesn't ride it that hard to use the Anti-Lock very often).

Any thoughts or experiences would be greatly appreciated

You said you are about to flush the fluids. Have you checked the brake fluid levels? Might just be the low-level warning light for low fluid.

P0572 is being set when the ECM detects bike stop but haven't receive the brake switch signal. So it's either the brake switch (front or rear) or harness from the stop light control to ECM. Check if your brake light always comes on both brakes first.

P. S. There is no low fluid level control on Harleys except visual.

Thank you for the info.
I know my old dinosaur does not have level sensor's. Just thought maybe the newer Harleys do. Sorry if any confusion to the posters problem. It was just a thought.
