Bolt size question

Could someone please tell me what size the screw is that holds the seat on. I want to make a quick thumb screw to change the seat out and I'm at work now and the bike is at home.

Well, I know it must be a bit late, but, it would be nice to know what type/year/ect. If I were to guess, Iâ€™d say 5/16, it is a real popular size.
