Lower fairing hardware

I recently purchased a lower fairng setup for my Road King that came off of a 05 electraglide. Would anyone have the part numbers or pictures of the hardware I need to mount these?
I have purchased this off of ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/harle...Q5fAccessories

I don't see how they will hold the caps on.
I went to my local harley dealer and asked questions and got the run around.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated
