As a heavy equipment mechanic I think Sears is as good as it gets to for small stuff, for any thing else up to 4" bolts in my experience you can't beat snap-on.

I have a set of Cruz Tools I got from JP Cycles. Had the set for a while never any problems, or broke any of the tools. Set me back $40 two years ago. Not sure where they are manufactured but always have came through for me.
