Default loading ramp

Any opinions on the "store bought" loading ramps? Better yet, any pictures of your home built one? I have a torch, welder and scap iron pile.

Good price for sure but it's 1200lbs using both. (600lbs cap each ramp) What happens when you put a 638lb bike on a single ramp? Anyone used one without issue?

I have a HF ramp like this one.......http://www.harborfreight.com/super-w...amp-90018.html.

Whatever ramp you use,try to reduce the ramp angle at the bed as much as possible or you will scrap the bottom and knock off the jiffy stand spring!

That's why they make arched ones. Just make sure you go wide as you can. Needing to put your feet down when you're riding 4 feet in the air can be rather disconcerting.

Yep, that's why I have two arched one's when I load on trailer. Works and doesn't hang. Even at trailer height I get "disconcerted", that's why I walk it on and off. At 4 feet.....naw..., not me

A trailer wouldn't be so bad, but just about anything will get you into the bed of a trailer, even backing up to a high spot on the ground. I was thinking the bed of a pickup truck. There are probably videos of people trying (and failing) to do that.
