My first Harley. I have a 2001 road king and what is the best way to put it away for 3-4 months?

Personally Id change the engine oil, put it on a battery tender, fill the tank with gas and add stabil fuel stabilizer. Id then run it to make sure the fresh oil and fuel are circulated through the system.
Depending on where or how its stored Id also consider, a cover, removing the seat to keep the friggin mice from dining on it, maybe some snap traps under the cover and chain my Ex wife to it for theft prevention.

You could move to a warm place like where I live. I don't need to know about winterizing. I ride all 12 months.
