Switchback Bling??

I've had my switchback for9 months. Very happy with its handling & performance etc but would like to tart it up with some Fender trims. Will trims from other HD models fit the guards and can you get trims that are self adhesive rather than tring to drill holes that may not end up perfect?
Any help would be appreciated.

These are softtail parts that are suppose to fit. Can anyone confirm.
